RFC
The rules are written in public.
Each rule is a one-page RFC: what is proposed, who objected, how it was settled. They are discussed in the pull request that proposes them and can be commented on before signing up. The open ones are the decisions still missing.
| RFC | Title | Status | Opened |
|---|---|---|---|
| RFC-001 | How a request works, from the request page to the postmortem | open | 2026-10-26 |
| RFC-002 | License of each request's code | open | 2026-10-26 |
To propose one
Copy _rfc/rfc-002.md (and its pair in _rfc_en/), number it, write it in one page and open a PR. The PR is the discussion; when it closes, the RFC says how it was settled and who objected.
