/fessionals
Who is part of it, what they are on, and what they left running.
One card per person, with their X handle, what they know how to do and the ject they are on. Never the employer or a public email.
Every ject works in an open repo. There you see how another professional really works: how they use AI, which agents, skills and memory they leave set up in the repo, which prompts they keep, how they break a problem into commits and why they made each decision. It is a way to learn up close, without asking anyone's permission.

You bring a ject from where you live or sign up for two in /jects. What gets decided is decided in the open, in the repo's RFCs, and those who become part of the organization can change them in sessions held for that purpose.
Two things make you a fessional
- Working in IT today for a company or organization, as an employee or on a steady contract. It is declared, not verified, and the employer's name is never asked for or published.
- Bringing a socio-environmental organization from where you live. Then you sign up for that request or any other in /jects. Or, instead of bringing one, signing up for two that are already there.
A club, a soup kitchen, a cooperative, a market, a community library, a neighborhood center, a school. They almost always keep something in a notebook or a WhatsApp group where it gets lost.
